You’ll work directly with me, Ginger Zumaeta. I lead the strategy and do the core work. Depending on the engagement, others may join to support workshops and messaging playbook builds. Either way, you’re not getting handed off to a junior team.

How is this different from hiring a communications agency?

Agencies produce assets—decks, videos, campaigns. We work upstream: sharpening thinking, structuring narrative, and building the strategic message that makes those assets effective. Leaders often bring us in before the agency so the brief is airtight.

Do you write the narrative or presentation for us?

Sometimes. More often, I help you get to the message and the structure—then you or your team builds the deck with my guidance. The value of working together isn’t the execution. It’s the clarity behind the execution.

What does working together look like?

It depends on the moment. Coaching is typically 1:1, focused on a specific situation or objective. Playbooks are collaborative builds with your team, usually kicked off by a discovery workshop. Stand-alone workshops are intensive sessions designed to create traction and alignment fast. We’ll figure out what fits on a short call.
