You’ll work directly with me, Ginger Zumaeta. I lead the strategy and do the core work. Depending on the engagement, others may join to support workshops and messaging playbook builds. Either way, you’re not getting handed off to a junior team.
When the message has to land. That usually looks like a board presentation that needs to shift perception, a strategic pivot that requires buy-in, a funding conversation where clarity is the difference between yes and “let’s revisit this,” or a team that keeps spinning because the narrative isn’t aligned and there’s no playbook to guide decisions.
They’re not a copy book. They’re a messaging operating system. Most messaging work is built for marketing—taglines, campaigns, brand voice. Our playbooks are built for decisions. They give leaders and teams a shared narrative that travels across functions, aligns stakeholders, and shortens the path to yes.
A playbook isn’t a script—it’s a strategic foundation for all messaging.
Think guardrails: clear, compelling, aligned. The frameworks are meant to be adapted, not copied. Use them to guide content, pitches, and conversations while keeping your value consistent across teams, channels, and audiences.
Often in a single workshop. When people co-create the same story (told the same way), momentum shows up fast. Clarity accelerates everything.
Both. We work with founders preparing for funding rounds or building a shared narrative as they scale—and with enterprise leaders who need messaging that works across functions, internally and externally. The common thread: complexity plus high stakes.
Agencies produce assets—decks, videos, campaigns. We work upstream: sharpening thinking, structuring narrative, and building the strategic message that makes those assets effective. Leaders often bring us in before the agency so the brief is airtight.
Sometimes. More often, I help you get to the message and the structure—then you or your team builds the deck with my guidance. The value of working together isn’t the execution. It’s the clarity behind the execution.
It depends on the moment. Coaching is typically 1:1, focused on a specific situation or objective. Playbooks are collaborative builds with your team, usually kicked off by a discovery workshop. Stand-alone workshops are intensive sessions designed to create traction and alignment fast. We’ll figure out what fits on a short call.
Biotech, healthcare, tech, entertainment, finance, manufacturing, and nonprofits. The through-line isn’t industry—it’s complexity. If your work is hard to explain and the stakes are real, we’re probably a fit.
